Returns

We accept returns only if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and you will receive your money through the original method of payment (Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in cash or through an agreed method). Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as used items, personal care gear, and clearance items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
